💆Big Feet operates as a collective of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Registered Acupuncturists and Big Feet Certified Practitioners (non-registered).
💆RMTs at Chilliwack location are currently not accepting new patients, including existing clinic clients who have not previously booked with them.
✅New patients are welcome to book with our Registered Acupuncturists or RMTs in other locations.
💆RMTs and Acupuncturists independently manage their own bookings, schedules, payments, and client communication. If you don’t see availability for a registered practitioner online, you’re welcome to reach out to them directly using the contact details in their bio.
💆We do not have a receptionist or front desk staff at Chilliwack location. Please wait in the waiting area if you arrive early. Your practitioner will greet you at your appointment time.
🟢 Cancellations & No-Shows
📞Please cancel appointments more than 24 hours in advance through your JaneApp account.
📞Same-day cancellations or missed appointments for registered services may be charged per your intake agreement.
📞There is no cancellation fee for Big Feet Signature Services (non-registered services); however, advance notice is greatly appreciated.

Registered Acupuncture Treatment
Acupuncture services are provided by a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) licensed in British Columbia and are eligible for insurance reimbursement where applicable. Treatments are assessment-based and therapeutic, focusing on specific clinical indications through safe stimulation of acupuncture points, including needle acupuncture and acupressure, and supported by traditional diagnostic techniques. Within their regulated scope of practice, Registered Acupuncturists may also recommend related therapeutic exercises and dietary guidance.
Big Feet Massage
Non-Registered Practitioners.
Our relaxation massage services are **non-registered and not eligible for insurance claims**. They are designed to promote overall comfort and stress relief. Treatments include body massage based on traditional acupuncture points and foot massage following reflexology principles. Optional add-ons such as cupping or scalp therapy are available to enhance relaxation and circulation.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy services are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) licensed in British Columbia and are eligible for insurance reimbursement where applicable. Treatments are therapeutic and assessment-based, with a focus on specific clinical indications such as musculoskeletal pain, soft tissue dysfunction, postural imbalance, and injury rehabilitation. Treatment plans are developed based on individual evaluation and therapeutic goals.
