🟢Hybrid Clinic Model

💆Big Feet operates as a collective of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), Registered Acupuncturists and Big Feet Certified Practitioners (non-registered).

💆RMTs at Chilliwack location are currently not accepting new patients, including existing clinic clients who have not previously booked with them.

✅New patients are welcome to book with our Registered Acupuncturists or RMTs in other locations.

💆RMTs and Acupuncturists independently manage their own bookings, schedules, payments, and client communication. If you don’t see availability for a registered practitioner online, you’re welcome to reach out to them directly using the contact details in their bio.

💆We do not have a receptionist or front desk staff at Chilliwack location. Please wait in the waiting area if you arrive early. Your practitioner will greet you at your appointment time.

🟢 Cancellations & No-Shows

📞Please cancel appointments more than 24 hours in advance through your JaneApp account.

📞Same-day cancellations or missed appointments for registered services may be charged per your intake agreement.

📞There is no cancellation fee for Big Feet Signature Services (non-registered services); however, advance notice is greatly appreciated.

🟢Insurance & Booking Notes

💲Direct billing is available with select insurance providers.

💲We are not accepting ICBC or WCB claims at this time at Chilliwack location.
